We are sorry for this inconvenience cause by the new import rules brought in via Brexit.

If your order with us is under £135 you do not have to pay import duties.

“Use form BOR286 if you believe the Customs Duty or import VAT was wrongly calculated on an item you imported by post using Royal Mail or Parcelforce.“

If Royal Mail attempts to charge you import duties, please use the BOR286 refund form to correct the miscalculated import tax by Royal Mail. Sadly we are unable to intervene with this process and we are not liable for import duty on any orders.
